The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the<br>
warehouse, ensuring that materials and products are stored, handled, and distributed<br>
according to company standards. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and<br>
communication skills to manage the warehouse team, optimize warehouse processes,<br>
maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety compliance.<br>
Key Responsibilities:<br>
1. Warehouse Operations Management:<br>
&bull; Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing,<br>
offloading containers and shipping of goods.<br>
&bull; Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and<br>
efficient workflow.<br>
&bull; Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, optimizing layout and<br>
workflows for improved productivity.<br>
&bull; Enforce bin management and storage protocols to ensure proper stock placement<br>
and layout efficiency.<br>
&bull; Manage and support warehouse staff, including drivers and pickers, ensuring<br>
optimal productivity.<br>
&bull; Work closely with purchasing to manage inventory control to ensure accurate stock<br>
levels and prevent discrepancies or stockouts.<br>
2. Delivery & routing Management<br>
&bull; Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and routing based on volume,<br>
geography, and efficiency.<br>
&bull; Supervise driver and assistants, ensuring all orders are correctly loaded, checked<br>
and signed off.<br>
&bull; Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report and track maintenance issues, and<br>
ensure adherence to the preventative maintenance schedule.<br>
&bull; Investigate and report any delivery failures, damages, or exceptions, and support<br>
resolution where necessary.<br>
3. Inventory Management:<br>
&bull; Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and blind<br>
counts to reconcile with system data.<br>
&bull; Oversee stock replenishment, order picking, and shipping to meet production and<br>
delivery schedules.<br>
&bull; Implement and monitor inventory tracking systems to ensure the accuracy of stock<br>
levels and movements.<br>
&bull; Conduct and sign off on all inbound receiving processes, verifying quantities against<br>
packing list and internal transfer documents.<br>
&bull; Ensure damaged or returned goods are immediately quarantined and documented.<br>
&bull; Report any receiving and transfer discrepancies within required timelines.<br>
4. Staff Supervision & Development:<br>
&bull; Supervise all warehouse shift staff and provide hands â on direction during peak<br>
periods.<br>
&bull; Train and manage warehouse personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and<br>
adherence to safety guidelines.<br>
&bull; Prepare daily tasks assignments and ensure proper shift coverage, including<br>
weekends.<br>
&bull; Enforce safety protocols related to lifting, forklift operation. PPE use and equipment<br>
handling.<br>
&bull; Support onboarding, on the job training and coaching warehouse and drivers team<br>
members.<br>
&bull; Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration and continuous<br>
improvement.<br>
&bull; Escalate disciplinary matters to HR or the Office Manager as needed.<br>
5. Health, Safety, and Compliance:<br>
&bull; Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local regulations<br>
&bull; Ensure warehouse standards of cleanliness, visual order, safety and security are<br>
consistently upheld.<br>
&bull; Conduct regular safety audits, reporting and addressing any hazards or safety issues<br>
promptly.<br>
&bull; Implement best practices for handling materials, hazardous substances, and<br>
operating warehouse equipment safely.<br>
6. Equipment and Maintenance Management:<br>
&bull; Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the warehouse equipment, such<br>
as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc, are repaired in a timely manner.<br>
&bull; Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working condition and report any<br>
malfunctions for timely repair.<br>
7. Reporting and Communication:<br>
&bull; Maintain and report key performance metrics (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy,<br>
order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving efficiency.<br>
&bull; Communicate regularly with other departments (e.g., production, purchasing,<br>
customer service) to ensure the timely availability of materials and products.<br>
&bull; Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding warehouse<br>
performance and challenges.<br>
8. Continuous Improvement:<br>
&bull; Analyze warehouse processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency,<br>
reduce costs, and improve quality.<br>
&bull; Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and warehouse management<br>
technologies.<br>
Qualifications:<br>
&bull; Bachelorâs degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration,<br>
or related field (preferred).<br>
&bull; Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, ideally within a<br>
manufacturing environment.<br>
&bull; Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems (SAP).<br>
&bull; Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<br>
&bull; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<br>
&bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br>
&bull; In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices.<br>

The Purchasing and Inventory Assistant is responsible for managing the full cycle of<br>

and exports, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring<br>

Purchasing Responsibilities:<br>
&bull; Forecast levels of demand products and raw materials.<br>
&bull; Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value,<br>
delivery schedules and quality.<br>
&bull; Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal and external departments,<br>
and customers.<br>
&bull; Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.<br>
&bull; Negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided.<br>
&bull; Keep contract files and use them as reference for the future.<br>

&bull; Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists,<br>
certificates of origin, and custom declarations.<br>
&bull; Arrange and monitor shipments of goods (imports and exports), ensuring compliance<br>
with customs regulations and trade laws.<br>
&bull; Liaise with freight forwarders, custom brokers and shipping lines to ensure timely and<br>
cost-effective logistics.<br>
&bull; Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, inventory status, and supply chain<br>
performance for management review.<br>
&bull; Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws, tariffs, and import/export<br>
regulations.<br>
&bull; Ensure prices of sales order matches vendor sales order and investigate any<br>
discrepancies.<br>
&bull; Ensure that all items received match the original purchase order and follow up any<br>
variances noted between goods ordered and goods received with the vendor.<br>
&bull; Any other duties designated by management<br>
Inventory Responsibilities<br>
&bull; Track inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, products and spare parts to<br>
ensure optimal stock availability.<br>
&bull; Determine re-order points and maximum stock levels in line with average<br>
consumption.<br>
&bull; Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to forecast demand and plan<br>
material requirements<br>
&bull; Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and<br>
losses.<br>
&bull; Carry out stock reconciliation at least once a month and conduct regular cycle counts.<br>
&bull; Maintain the inventory management system (SAP)<br>
&bull; Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of stock receipts and issues.<br>
&bull; Preparation of reports on adjustments done to inventory that may be damaged, spoilt,<br>
etc., and coordinate with the administrative, production and warehousing functions.<br>
&bull; Provide inventory information to management when required.<br>
&bull; Ensure proper stock identification especially the hazardous materials.<br>
Qualification and Experience<br>
? Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Supply & Logistics Management or<br>
equivalent.<br>
? Knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export documentation, and customs<br>
compliance.<br>
? Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software or equivalent.<br>
? Minimum of two yearsâ experience in a manufacturing purchasing position.<br>

&#9;<li>Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
&#9;<li>Must be at work on time and work beyond the original hours as needed to close the sale.

&#9;<li>Must dispatch all tours from their property and ensure that clients have their tour vouchers/Tickets. 
&#9;<li>Must have full knowledge of all tours, the approved orientation script and all orientation times for each hotel.
&#9;<li>All marketing staff must host all hotel orientations and in-house promotional activities.
&#9;<li>Each team member will be given targets based on expected capture rates per hotel assigned. 
&#9;<li>Responsible to ensure that your representative hotels are equipped with sufficient brochures and posters, in the appropriate stands/holders and that video material is constantly displayed (where provided).
&#9;<li>Responsible for securing and maintaining all marketing equipment as well as reporting any misuse or damage that may occur while in the field.
&#9;<li>Expected to maximize each property assigned to the fullest, focusing the attention to the properties with the best potential for business while still monitoring the others.
&#9;<li>Ensure you are properly groomed and attired at all times.
&#9;<li>It is imperative to maintain strong working relationships with all hotel representatives and influencers in order to maximize bookings received from them. 
&#9;<li>Keep abreast of the latest trends in sales and marketing to ensure that the territory maintains an effective and proactive strategy in the marketplace. 
&#9;<li>Be knowledgeable of the companyâs products and sales support policies such as its cancellation policy so as to answer customer queries well.
&#9;<li>Makes in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
&#9;<li>Maintain a current database of all external reps, DMC influencers and Hotel influencers to include telephone numbers, special days and achievements so as to ensure that a close and personalized relationship is maintained.
&#9;<li>Monitor the performance of each external reps to ensure that you retain the loyal ones and acquire additional reps.
&#9;<li>Report in a timely manner any incidents, accidents and or breaches of Safety and Standards to the Country Manager and through any stipulated internal communication protocols.
&#9;<li>Provide and maintain effective communication channels between sales and operations. 
&#9;<li>Be open to constant change and improvement of processes and policies.
&#9;<li>Ensure to provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager
&#9;<li>Perform other related or non- related company duties assigned from time to time.
</ul>

Education and Experience: (Minimum Requirements)

<ul>
&#9;<li>Minimum 4 CXC subjects including English and Mathematics
&#9;<li>Minimum Three (3) years in a related position in Tourism Industry.
&#9;<li>Foreign language (Spanish/French/Italian/German) is an asset
&#9;<li>Excellent Computer skills and proficiency at Microsoft Office suite and basic technology literacy is essential

Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.</strong><br>

&#9;<br><strong>Order Handling: Accurately take orders, enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system, and promptly relay them to the kitchen. Promptly deliver completed orders to guests at the service counter, dining area and car park.&nbsp;</strong><br>

&#9;<br><strong>Payment Processing: Handle payments accurately using cash, credit cards, mobile payment systems, or gift cards, ensuring all transactions are processed securely and efficiently.</strong><br>
