Our client, an established tourism and adventure experience provider in Barbados, is seeking a friendly, reliable Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service and create a welcoming experience for guests.

Our client, an established tourism and adventure experience provider in Barbados, is seeking a friendly, reliable Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, present menus and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and communicate special requests or dietary requirements to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and check that guests are satisfied.
- Prepare tables, clear used dishes and maintain a clean, tidy dining area.
- Process bills and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures and refer customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment would be an asset.
- CXC/CSEC passes in English Language and Mathematics would be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance, positive attitude and courteous manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tables and maintain accuracy during busy periods.
- A reliable team player who can follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
